Gomes & Faria
Located in a geometrically irregular site, this project arises from the will to protect and safeguard its inhabitants from foreign eyes, preserving the resident’s privacy. Therefore, this peculiar residence presents blind façades towards the streets, turning its openings to the private southern garden.
While the lower floor is destined to the garage and a multi-functional room, the upper floor accommodates the essentials of the household, facilitating dynamics and accessibility of the interior living.
A house that stands out for its simplicity and pragmatism.
